We can seamlessly take you through your onboarding and integrate you into our systems, you’ll have some tasks to complete and will attend some onboarding sessions. We’ll also review your books to check if they are up to date

Systems setup

We’ll review your Xero and make sure you have the best chart of accounts for your business and set up Dext for receipt management

Payroll Setup

Whether you are hiring your first employee or moving 10 over from another system, we can handle the details here and still make sure everyone is paid on time

We’ll do everything required to get you back up to date. We’ll provide you with a quote during onboarding

Monthly bookkeeping

We’ll make sure your books stay up to date, suppliers are paid on time, and your financial admin is taken care of (including BAS preparation, accounts receivable and payable, etc.)

Dext subscription

Dext is one of the backbones of our accounting system and the subscription costs are included in your fees

Payroll

We will prepare your payroll and / or compliance related tasks (including WorkCover, payroll tax, portable long service leave, etc.)

BAS preparation and lodgement

We will make sure your BAS’s are prepared and lodged on time

Assistance with Tax Accountant

We will work with your accountant at tax time

Monthly reports
